Objectives
This Work Package has two main objectives:
- To develop an effective management framework for the TASCMAR consortium in order to ensure that the project is implemented successfully and the planned objectives achieved.
- To ensure the promotion of the project and its results via dissemination and communication activities.
Main activities
On one hand, activities involve the overall management of the project, including financial, legal and administrative management as well as monitoring and reporting to the European Commission on the project’s progress. On the other hand, communication, dissemination and exploitation activities include: internal communication and information management within the consortium; external communication e.g. through the media, workshops in schools and universities; workshops on the scientific and technical exploitation of new knowledge developed in the project; dissemination of results e.g. through scientific publications and conferences.
